    At 1908 Farms, our animals are ethically raised with space to roam, fresh air, and low-stress environments. We believe healthy animals live better lives — and that shows in the quality and flavor of the meat we produce. The meat we raise is carefully managed from start to finish.

    The name represents the year my family purchased this land. It honors the generations before me and reflects the heritage, hard work and roots my business is built on.

How we raise & process our animals

Our cattle graze on pasture for most of their lives, enjoying fresh grass until the final 90–120 days, when they are gently finished on grain for optimal flavor and quality.

Our meat and egg chickens are raised on pasture and fed a soy-free diet, ensuring they grow naturally and healthfully.

Upcoming products or expansion

Big changes are happening at 1908 Farms! We’re moving half of the farm to a new property nearby, which will let us raise more animals and offer more variety. We’ll continue caring for chickens and a few other animals at our original farm, and we’re excited to introduce new products like flavored meat sticks and all-beef hot dogs — all made with the same care and quality you’ve come to expect.
